Ford Escape speaker upgrade
The Escape is an easy daily driver, and new door speakers make it sound better fast. Escapes through 2012 use 6x8 speakers, and 2013 and newer move to 6.5-inch speakers front and rear. We have verified sizes for 4 of 4 year ranges or trims in our table; anything not verified says "Confirm fit at the shop".

- 2008–2012: If you are also swapping the radio: Metra 99-5814 (ISO DIN or ISO DDIN).
- 2001–2007: If you are also swapping the radio: Metra 95-5817 (ISO DDIN; sub-dash trimming required); single-DIN 99-5802/99-5027.
If the new speaker is a different size or deeper than the factory one, it can need an adapter bracket. We check with your car in front of us before we start.

Any other spot or year: confirm fit at the shop.
Do I need a new radio or an amp to upgrade the speakers?
Not always. New speakers can run off the factory radio. Some factory premium systems use an amp that needs an interface; we check your trim before you buy.
