When you ask us for a price we collect the vehicle you told us about, what you want installed, your name, and either a mobile number or an email address, whichever you chose. If you leave a note, we keep it.

We also record how you reached the site, including the page you landed on and any advertising click identifier in the link, so we can tell which ads bring real customers.

We use it to work out the price for your car and get back to you the way you asked, and to follow up about that job. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the services that help us run the shop, such as our email and messaging providers, and only so they can deliver the message.

If you choose to be texted, we text you about your quote and your install. We do not send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

We keep quote requests while we are working with you and for up to two years afterwards, so we can look up what we quoted and what we fitted if you come back.

Under the CCPA and CPRA you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. You can also tell us not to share it. We will not treat you differently for asking.
