- Will I keep my steering wheel controls and backup camera?
- Yes. A stereo install keeps the factory functions that already work, including steering wheel controls and the backup camera. Tell us the year, make, and model so the quote matches that car.
- Can you add CarPlay without replacing my screen?
- Yes. Wireless CarPlay adapters add CarPlay and Android Auto on the factory screen, so the radio you already have stays. Steering wheel controls stay with it. Some cars still need a new head unit.
- How long does an amp install take?
- Book a 10:00 AM or 12:00 PM slot, Monday through Saturday. Most amp installs finish the same day in the bay.
- Can I bring my own equipment?
- Yes. Bring the head unit, amp, or speakers and we install them. Tell us what you're bringing plus the year, make, and model, and we'll quote the install for that car.
- Do you price-match online?
- Yes, on head units and on install-only work, when the part is the same. Full custom builds stay a quote.
- Do you offer a payment plan?
- Yes. See Pay Later. Booking a slot does not take a deposit.
- Do I need an appointment?
- Yes. Book a slot online or call/text. Same-day is possible at opening, Monday through Saturday. Sunday the shop is closed.
- Can I drop my car off overnight?
- Yes, Tuesday through Thursday. Drop your car at close, by 6 PM, and pick it up the next day. We photograph your car at check-in so you see its condition before we touch it.
