The ridge faces the basin with nothing standing in front of the west-facing glass, and Crenshaw afternoons come straight through the side windows on the way home. Tesla density up here is very high and skews to Model X and Model S rather than Model 3 — larger cars with more glass area and, usually, lighter interiors. Cars are generally garaged and generally kept well, which raises what counts as an acceptable finish.
