Hertz is an Italian brand that Elettromedia launched in 1998, and its speakers climb in clear steps. Dieci is the easy swap for a tired factory speaker, Cento steps up in power handling with a component set and a 3-way 6x9, Mille PRO is a front stage built around an amplifier, and Mille Legend sits at the top. We also carry the SPL Show SP 4.500 four-channel amplifier, rated 90 watts RMS per channel at 4 ohms, so one visit can cover the speakers and the power behind them.

The MPK 165.3 is the Mille PRO 6.5-inch component set we carry: a two-way kit with Tetolon fiber dome tweeters, made for a quality amplifier. Mille Legend sits above it, and when you call we check what we can bring in.

How long does a Hertz speaker install take?
A pair of door speakers is often done the same day once you call to hold the slot. Component sets, including the Mille PRO and Mille Legend kits, take longer because the tweeter and the crossover each need a spot, and an amplifier adds bay time. We give you the plan and the pickup time when you call.
Will Hertz fit my car?
Hertz covers the common 6.5-inch and 6x9 openings, and we check the opening and the depth before we order anything. The MPK 165.3 is 2.8 inches deep and the DCX 165.3 about 2.5, so we look at the door first. Text the year, make and model and we tell you which Hertz fits before you drive in.
What comes in the Mille Legend kit?
The MLK 165.3 is the ML 165.3 woofer, the ML 28.3 tweeter, grilles and the MLCX 165.3 crossover. We confirm the exact box contents when you call and add the mounting hardware and harness your car needs. The ML 1650.3 and ML 700.3 come as separate parts, so we plan those builds with you.
Which Hertz should I get?
Swapping tired factory speakers? The Dieci DCX 165.3 coaxial, or the Cento CX 690 for a 6x9 rear deck. Want a separate tweeter? The Dieci DSK 165.3 or the Cento CK 165. Building a front stage around an amp? The Mille PRO MPK 165.3 or the Mille Legend. We say plainly if a Dieci is all you need.
Do Hertz speakers need an amplifier?
The Dieci DCX 165.3 coaxial is rated 60 W and 93 dB, efficient enough to run from a good head unit. The Cento and Mille parts are rated from 90 W up to 150 W continuous and open up with an amplifier, such as the SP 4.500, which puts out 90 W RMS on each of four channels. Tell us what your radio is and we plan it around that.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. The speakers and the install can both go on a payment plan. Apply online through the Payment plan page, then bring the approval to the counter and we book the bay. The provider decides approval and terms and shows them before you accept.
