Low-profile powered 12 in an aluminum frame for under-seat bass.
The Kicker Hideaway 51HS12 is a compact powered subwoofer with a 12-inch woofer and a 230-watt RMS amplifier in a tough aluminum frame. It is about 3-1/2 inches tall, 12-1/8 inches wide and 17-1/8 inches long. FIT+ inputs accept speaker-level signals from 1 to 40 volts or low-level signals from 250 mV to 10 V, and it works with start-stop vehicles. It includes a 50-120 Hz low-pass crossover, a 25 Hz subsonic filter, variable bass boost, a phase switch and a remote bass control.
Pickup is at the Carson shop. Call to confirm it is on the wall before you drive.
Subwoofer installation in Carson
Same-day subwoofer installation
We install the Kicker Hideaway 51HS12 12-inch Compact Powered Subwoofer in our Carson bay, usually the same day: subwoofer installation with the wiring, the mounting and a test before you leave. Text us the year, make and model for an installation quote, or call.
Powered Car Subwoofers ComparedPick an under-seat sub like the Kicker Hideaway 51HS8 if you want bass without giving up any space, or the JBL BassPro Hub if your SUV or hatch has a spare tire it can hide in. Every one has the amp built in, so the install is simpler than a separate sub, box and amp.
Bring the year, make, and model. We check fit at 22025 S Avalon Blvd Ste A before anything goes in the car. Call to confirm this piece is on the shelf.
