How long does a Compustar remote start install take?
Most cars are done the same day once you call to hold the slot. Push-to-start and key-start cars need different bypass parts, so we confirm the kit and the plan on the phone.
Will Compustar work on my car?
Fit depends on the car, and the bypass module and harness change from one car to the next. Text the year, make and model and we tell you which Compustar fits and which parts it needs, so you know the plan before you drive in.
What comes in the T13 full kit?
The PRO T13 two-way color remote, the PRO R5 backup remote, the control module, the 4-in-1 security sensor, a siren, a starter-kill relay and the Drone X1 LTE module for phone control. We add the bypass module and harness your car needs.
Which Compustar should I get?
Want phone control and three miles of range in one box? The T13 full kit. Want a two-way LCD remote start and alarm without the phone module, with up to 3,000 feet of range? The CS8920-AS. Alarm only, no remote start? The CS9910-A. We walk you through it at the counter.
Does DroneMobile need a plan?
Yes. The app and LTE service run on a DroneMobile plan billed by DroneMobile, and the T13 kit comes with a 30-day Premium trial. The remotes work on their own without it, so the plan is only for phone control and GPS.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. The kit and the install can both go on a payment plan. Apply online through the Payment plan page, then bring the approval to the counter and we book the bay. The provider decides approval and terms and shows them before you accept.
