What it is

Waterproof 5-channel amp that runs a whole Jeep system.

The Kicker PXA 48PXA1000.5 is a waterproof Class-D 5-channel amplifier with IP66 and IP67 ratings, built for off-road vehicles and space-challenged installs. The four full-range channels make 100 watts RMS x 4 at 4 ohms or 150 watts x 4 at 2 ohms, and the sub channel delivers 600 watts at 1 ohm, 500 at 2 ohms or 300 at 4 ohms. It has 24 dB crossovers, a 25 Hz subsonic filter and selectable bass boost. Stainless mounting hardware and solderless power couplers are included. It measures about 4-1/2 by 1-15/16 by 12-7/8 inches.
